The aim of the project was to support the most needy refugee families who found themselves in a difficult life situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Warsaw, 2020
Several hundred refugees live in Warsaw. The quarantine period caused by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic means uncertainty about the future and a deterioration of living conditions.

The Leopolda Wild Foundation is involved in the purchase and delivery of food to refugee families in quarantine.

The Foundation provided funds to purchase almost half a ton of food and food products, packing and delivering the products to thirty-two most needy refugee families from Warsaw and the surrounding area who found themselves in a difficult situation due to the quarantine.
The parcel delivery campaign was possible thanks to the involvement of people associated with the Legal Intervention Association.

The campaign was repeated in June, on the occasion of World Refugee Day. The project also included education for volunteers on the global problem of migration, its causes and effects.
